The film tells the story of a couple affectionately referred to as the ‘100-year-old lovebirds.’ Much like characters from a fairy tale, the husband possesses the strength of a woodsman, while the wife exudes the grace and allure of a princess. Their deep love for one another is evident as they consistently don traditional Korean attire and drift off to sleep holding hands. However, death stealthily creeps in, like a thief, to separate them. The movie begins at this poignant juncture, capturing the final chapter of their 76-year-long marriage.
