Once a pin-up model and actress, Ginny was discarded by the ruthless modeling industry in her youth because of her body shape. Unable to handle the rejection, she transformed over time into a vengeful and violent woman. When new neighbors Debbie and Sal move in, Debbie starts noticing odd occurrences next door. Sal dismisses her concerns, attributing them to Debbie’s mental instability and believing she is imagining things, further spiraling into her delusions. However, Debbie becomes fixated on uncovering the truth about Ginny’s secretive life. Her intrusive curiosity disrupts Ginny’s activities, which include her cannibalistic cravings and increasing number of victims. Both women become resolute in ending the other’s fixation.
