In this film, Janel Parrish stars as Gina Jackson, a music manager whose world is turned upside down after her brother, Vaughn (played by Levi Dylan), the lead singer, dies in a heartbreaking accident. A decade later, Gina encounters Oak Scoggins, a young guitar virtuoso portrayed by Tommy Ragen. She becomes convinced that Oak is the reincarnation of her late brother Vaughn. But is her belief true?
