A fortunate pair strikes it rich by acquiring a 19th-century plantation house at a bargain price. Eager to capitalize on their newfound wealth, they invite friends over for a weekend celebration. However, it soon becomes clear that the previous inhabitants of the plantation have not vacated the premises, and the once-lucky group of young people soon find themselves desperately fleeing for their lives.
