Stephen Chow portrays a self-centered but occasionally benevolent lawyer who manipulates his servant for personal gain. Eric Kot, in the role of the servant, is deceived by his perception of love and decides to part ways with Chow, swearing never to seek his assistance again. However, Kot soon finds himself in serious trouble with the British authorities, facing execution, and turns to Chow for help. Chow attempts to defend his client but struggles to navigate the courtroom proceedings, which are governed by Western legal standards.
