Léa resides in Le Havre, balancing her college studies with the responsibility of looking after her aging grandmother. To support herself financially, she takes on a job as a waitress at a nightclub. When she gains acceptance to the Institute of Political Studies in Paris, new doors open for her, albeit with significant sacrifices. Léa takes up work as a striptease performer, allowing her to apply the principles of economic liberalism she studies during the day in a very practical way each night.
