Approximately two centuries ago, a meteorite crashed into a village in Japan’s Tohoku region. Initially, the impact caused no visible harm, but over time, the local villagers began to undergo genetic mutations, with some developing “special abilities.” One day, Hiroyuki Sano, a regular office employee, unexpectedly discovers that he possesses these extraordinary powers.
