“Jacob Two Two Meets The Hooded Fang” tells the story of a young boy eager to make his voice heard. Known as “Two-Two” because he often repeats himself to get attention, Jacob decides to run an errand for his parents by purchasing groceries. However, a misunderstanding with the store clerk lands him in court, where he is sentenced to spend two years, two months, two weeks, two minutes, and five seconds in a remote Children’s Prison. This grim, dungeon-like facility is far from civilization, where children are confined to cells and forced to work. The prison is overseen by three main figures: Master Fish, a creature that is part fish and part human; Mistress Fowl, a woman with bird-like features; and the Hooded Fang. They are assisted by green henchmen who use “slime resistors” to prevent the children from escaping. Meanwhile, two young agents attempt to assist Jacob, as the children devise their own escape plan.
