DCP Raksekhar Azad, known as Raj, is an unbeatable police officer with exceptional shooting skills. He successfully captures a terrorist named Khan, who ends up in a prison cell that is more luxurious than Buckingham Palace. This achievement earns Raj a promotion, and he receives congratulations from his father-in-law, a senior police official. Unexpectedly, Raj discovers that several officers are eager to see Khan released. When he brings this concern to his father-in-law, he is shocked to find no support. This leads to conflicts and arguments, culminating in the murder of his father-in-law. The police suspect Raj of the crime and move to arrest him, forcing him to flee, while Khan is on the verge of being released to act as he pleases.
