Cully, portrayed by Tom Sizemore, is a small-time hustler working as a driver for a drug cartel in Baja. He finds himself in a precarious situation after stealing a cash-laden car intended for his boss, played by Raymond J. Barry. To evade a relentless assassin, Kevin Gage, and a group of brutal thugs led by a rival gang leader, Noel Gugliemi, Cully turns to Turk, a skilled yet hesitant bounty hunter played by Paul Sidhu. Along their journey, they encounter Crystal, a mysterious dancer with many secrets, played by Bai Ling, who has a deeper connection to the unfolding events than they initially suspect. Cully’s survival hinges on persuading Turk to join his risky plans, with the hope of reuniting with his estranged wife, Vanessa Angel, and daughter.
