On the eve of Hogswatch, a typically festive occasion on Discworld, unusual events are unfolding, stirring the criminal underworld into a frenzy. The cherished Hogfather, known for spreading joy and delivering pork-themed presents to children, has mysteriously disappeared. This has put the entire mythical framework of Discworld in jeopardy. The responsibility to save this magical season falls to an unlikely ensemble: a group of wizards led by the enigmatic university head Mustrum Ridcully (played by Joss Ackland), a devoted servant named Albert (portrayed by David Jason), a pragmatic governess named Susan Sto Heilt (played by Michelle Dockery), and her grandfather, who is none other than Death himself (played by Marnix van den Broeke).
