A quick-tempered and sarcastic charter bus driver from the Midwest finds himself at rock bottom after losing his job. In a bid to start over, he relocates to Cleveland, Ohio, where he moves in with his eccentric cousin and takes on a new role as a mailman in a tough urban neighborhood.
