This compelling short film delves into the essence of human existence, examining what it truly means to be a sentient being. Set centuries ahead, the narrative unfolds aboard an abandoned spacecraft adrift in the farthest reaches of space, powered by a human brain. Confined within this cold, mechanical shell, the brain, devoid of any memory or self-awareness, unexpectedly begins to perceive fragmented glimpses of its past life—images that remain incomprehensible. Longing for liberation yet immobilized, the brain concocts a plan to construct a mechanical body using parts from the ship. It hopes that by doing so, it might finally grasp the meaning of these visions and perhaps, truly feel alive.
