Marty, a nerdy and troubled young man, suffers ongoing abuse and mistreatment at the hands of his overweight and domineering mother, Bertha, who runs a prostitution operation from their home. When Bertha has a confrontation with his sister, Petunia, Marty reaches his breaking point. He is fed up with having to dispose of the bodies of clients his mother has murdered for their money. Determined to break free from the toxic environment, Marty decides to take a stand against his cruel mother, aiming to put an end to the chaos in his life and pursue his aspiration of becoming a screenwriter.
