In this film, Vice Ganda takes on the roles of quadruplet siblings—two brothers and two sisters—who are separated at birth. Their grandmother abducts one brother and one sister, whisking them away to the United States, where they grow up in comfort, unaware of their mother and the other two siblings, a gay brother and a lesbian sister, who face financial hardships in the Philippines. The plot thickens when the brother in the U.S. is diagnosed with hepatitis and needs a liver transplant from a compatible donor. Their father reveals the existence of their siblings in the Philippines, who might be suitable donors. However, when the siblings are finally reunited, long-standing resentment and hostility, particularly between the sister and the gay brother, jeopardize the ill brother’s chances of survival.
