Damien, a police officer in London, is haunted by a past he wishes to leave behind. Before his law enforcement days, he was part of a football hooligan group, engaging in violent clashes across the nation. Now, as a cop, he faces a difficult choice: align with his former gang or defend a city in chaos as riots erupt. As he falls for his colleague Louise, he becomes aware of an impending street rebellion set to disrupt London. Amid the violence of the riots, he struggles to uphold justice, even at the cost of his relationship with Louise. After being assaulted by a rioter he knows, Damien finds himself torn, battling both the rioters and his own inner demons in a conflict he cannot win.
