When the University of Oklahoma Sooners are left without their standout gymnast, Brenna Dowell, the team must discover a way to trust in their own abilities to secure their second National Gymnastics Championship. With guidance from Riley, a talented local breakdancer, Chayse and her teammates at OU begin to blend complex breakdancing moves into their gymnastics performances to gain a competitive advantage.
