Katherine Sullivan, who suffers from severe agoraphobia, sees her husband being killed and discusses the incident with the detective assigned to the case. However, both her husband’s body and the detective vanish without a trace. In her quest for answers, Katherine enlists the help of private investigator Jack Mize. Yet, Mize harbors doubts about whether Katherine’s account of events truly reflects reality.
