Marc appears to have everything going for him: a successful career in law enforcement and a child on the way. However, his life takes an unexpected turn when he meets Kay, a fellow officer. During their routine runs together, Marc discovers a newfound sense of comfort and ease, along with the realization of what it means to fall in love with another man. Caught between his responsibilities to his family and his burgeoning feelings for Kay, Marc finds his life spiraling out of control. He soon understands that, despite his efforts, he cannot please everyone, including himself.
