A twisted dentist, who also works as a dental assistant, has a habit of seducing his patients. He becomes fixated on one patient, a lesbian, and relentlessly torments her and her partner. He employs a variety of methods to harass them, including ropes, dental instruments, ice buckets, and candles. Occasionally, he enhances the atmosphere with selections from his classical music record collection.
