In a remote and isolated area, the Barleys, a deranged and inbred family, reside. When Donna Parker (Eleni Krimitsos) and her daughter Tabitha Parker (Jada Kline) make a stop for fuel, they are unaware of the sinister happenings in Flexh, TX. When Tabitha vanishes from the gas station, Donna seeks assistance from the local sheriff (Dale Denton), who turns out to be less reliable than expected. Convinced that the bizarre town holds the key to her daughter’s disappearance, Donna encounters Sugar Barley (Kathleen Benner), the town’s prostitute, and begins her desperate search.
