Scott, a teacher at Space Defender camp, is disheartened by his inability to find a woman without complications. His close friend Jake, though well-meaning, doesn’t provide much assistance, despite sharing his own insights and advice. Scott then encounters Jessica, who appears to be his ideal match with her intelligence, attractiveness, and love for science fiction. However, when Scott discovers the reality of Jessica’s history, he must reconsider his strict relationship criteria and learn to embrace people, including himself, for who they truly are.
