Sick and tired of his father’s bad haircuts, Timmy wishes for indestructible hair with a personality that can’t be cut. It then comes to life as it grows and almost destroys Dimmsdale. Meanwhile, Wanda takes Poof to the baby fairy barber shop for his first haircut.
