Mina and Karen reach outside of their comfort zone with a house on the edge of the Bates Hendricks neighborhood. They’re concerned about the location, and when they discover that the house is festering with cockroaches, they fear that they may not come out with a profit in the end. But with smart planning, a little love and a lot of hard work, Mina and Karen are hopeful they can bring new life to the neighborhood with a charming renovation.
