El Ott, an Egyptian gangster, parted ways with his wife, Salma, and abandoned his family following the mysterious abduction of his daughter, Amina, in Cairo. He learns that Fathi, a notorious leader involved in human and organ trafficking, has been abducting street children from El Ott’s area to harvest their organs for sale.
