Based on the well-known stage production, “Devil And Angel” (E Gun Tian Shi) tells the story of Zha, portrayed by Sun Li, an exceptionally intelligent student, who embarks on an adventure with Mo, a character brought to life by renowned Chinese comedian Deng Chao. Mo is a skilled debt collector with a bit of a rogue streak. Together, they confront Zha’s personal anxieties and work to help Mo overcome his severe insomnia.
