When Steve Mitchell is covertly dispatched to the American embassy in Bucharest, Romania, his mission is to deactivate a nuclear bomb that has been hidden there since the Cold War’s conclusion. Unbeknownst to him, additional challenges are on the horizon. He teams up with Erica Long, a diplomatic attaché with her own secrets, to collaborate on inputting the correct computer code to neutralize the bomb and complete their task. However, as Steve observes the video feeds from an old surveillance room, he is shocked to see the Serbian Liberation Front launch a deadly assault on the building.
