Private investigator Kiyoshi Mitarai, played by Hiroshi Tamaki, and Miyuki Ogawa, portrayed by Alice Hirose, travel to Fukuyama in Hiroshima Prefecture. They are drawn to a case involving bodies that have been found floating in the Seto Inland Sea, an area known for its tidal currents that change every six hours.
