J.W. Garrison, who leads a clandestine division within the United Nations, uncovers a plot by a terrorist group headed by the deadly Oliver Maxwell. Their plan involves creating a bomb laced with the anthrax virus intended for use in the United States. To thwart this threat, Garrison enlists CIA operative Zack Hamilton, who assembles a team of three stunning women: CIA instructor Kim Taylor, photographer Victoria Carrera, and actress Eva Kirov. Disguised as fashion models, they are tasked with infiltrating the terrorist group to locate the bomb before it can be deployed.
