Another story follows a group of college students who encounter the ultimate Scarecrow. Meanwhile, two teenagers find themselves in trouble after attempting to rob a grumpy old hermit with a reputation for howling at the moon. Elsewhere, a murdered father returns to seek revenge on his gold-digging wife and treacherous children. All these eerie Halloween events are orchestrated by a mysterious Londoner known as “Jack.”
