A carefree man stumbles upon a mysterious door adrift in the sea and quickly becomes convinced that someone is tailing him. He soon realizes that the person shadowing him is actually his future self, and the door serves as a portal for time travel. Determined to enhance his life, he begins altering his past by leaving himself messages, all the while attempting to identify and amend the changes his future self continues to implement.
