Faced with the possibility of shutting down her father’s candy shop, Wendy, along with her six-year-old daughter Grace, heads to the bustling city to earn some extra holiday money to save the business. She eagerly accepts a position in the toy section of Wolmans, the city’s largest department store. However, her enthusiasm is short-lived when the store manager, Teanna, dampens the Christmas spirit by replacing Santa with a handsome male underwear model and his entourage of elfin “babes.” Unbeknownst to Teanna, she has actually fired the real Santa. Oblivious to his true identity, Wendy tries to connect with the old man, but he seems to have lost hope. As her daughter begins to lose faith in the holiday, Wendy understands that she must restore the genuine spirit of Christmas at Wolmans before it’s too late.
