Katie, once a professional ice skater, is recruited by King Alexander of San Senova to assist his daughter with a Christmas ice skating show. During her stay at the castle, Katie grows closer to the king, and they start to develop romantic feelings for one another. However, the question remains whether the tradition-bound citizens of San Senova will accept a foreigner as their queen.
