While serving in the military, Sam takes an experimental drug that transforms him into a superhuman with extraordinary strength, intelligence, and agility, following in the footsteps of his legendary great-grandfather, a World War II superhero known as Captain. Upon returning home, he discovers his town has fallen into the hands of merciless neo-Nazi thugs led by a sinister figure known as the Necromancer. With the Third Reich attempting a resurgence through reanimation under Himmler’s guidance, only Sam, as the battle-hardened Captain, can thwart their plans and save the day.
