A woman comes into a large inheritance, prompting her husband and his mistress to conspire to kill her using poison. However, the poison merely puts her into a death-like coma. Due to a mishap at the embalmer’s office, the embalming is left unfinished, leading to her being interred while still alive. She eventually regains consciousness underground, digs her way out of the grave, and sets out to exact vengeance on those responsible for her near-death experience.
