In this coming-of-age comedy, we follow Jimmy (Tucker Albrizzi), a reserved and overweight high school student who is relentlessly bullied by Miles (Jack DiFalco) and his gang. An encounter with the ex-professional boxer “Action” Jackson (Ron Canada) and his trainer Manny (Danny Trejo) after a schoolyard scuffle inspires Jimmy to take up boxing and stand up for himself.
