After the fiery detective Fei botches another mission, he is reassigned to a made-up division that serves as a dumping ground for the police force’s ineffectual employees. In this new setting, he clashes with Johnny, a calm and orderly desk officer who despises Fei’s lack of discipline. However, when Fei’s father and Johnny’s mother unexpectedly start dating, the two men are forced to figure out how to live together as stepbrothers.
