A group of nine young friends loses their way while heading to celebrate April Fools’ Day together. Rather than abandoning their plans, they opt to throw a party at an old, deserted inn known as 12 Hills. According to local legend, the inn is cursed, with the curse manifesting every April 1st. Ignoring the locals’ cautions, the friends proceed with their April Fools’ Day festivities. Initially filled with revelry, intimacy, and drinking, the gathering takes a dark turn as people begin to fall prey to gruesome, lethal pranks.
