In the gritty town of Sucio Sangre, located near the perilous Mexican border in southern Texas, BLOOD SOMBRERO features Billy Blair as an unnamed thief. He is tasked by the merciless crime boss Lucifer (played by Nick Gomez) to track down a peculiar box with mysterious contents. At the same time, a secretive and fierce woman named Josephine (portrayed by Paula Solinger) is on the run with the box, fleeing from the insane cult she once was part of. Pursuing her are two corrupt police officers (Fred Doss and Stephen Brodie) and a deranged bounty hunter known as Coffin. Their fates intertwine in a violent and bloody showdown, forcing these unlikely protagonists to question if the box is worth risking their lives.
