For siblings Brie, Daniel, Crew, and Jess, family bonds have always been paramount. However, tensions arise when Crew (Daniel DiTomasso) brings his girlfriend Sara (Kate French) into the fold, causing suspicion to fester among the siblings. Brie (Fiona Dourif), feeling threatened by Sara’s presence, becomes increasingly resentful and wary of being sidelined. Her fears are realized when Crew attempts to kill her in their family home. Traumatized by the incident, Brie is committed to a mental institution, where she is haunted by visions of Crew from that fateful night. As these hallucinations start to intrude upon her reality, Brie becomes convinced that her life is in peril and escapes the facility. Desperate to reunite with her siblings and alert them, Brie stumbles upon a series of gruesome, dark secrets, leading her to question how well she truly knows her family.
