Bud and Doyle are two aimless individuals with little direction in their lives. While their girlfriends are passionately engaged in environmental conservation efforts, the two friends show no interest in such causes. However, their lives take an unexpected turn when they inadvertently join a team of scientists embarking on a year-long experiment to live in isolation within a “Bio-Dome.”
