In the bustling cities of Los Angeles and Las Vegas, two competing gangs, headed by Gino (played by Robert Miano) and Cole (portrayed by Michael Madsen), are locked in a power struggle. Danny (Michael Masini), an undercover detective with the LAPD, immerses himself in the criminal underworld, aiming to penetrate one of the gangs in order to dismantle both.
