The Batman family has come back to the present only to find that Japan is missing, and in its place, a massive island named Hinomoto hovers above Gotham City. This island is ruled by the Yakuza, a band of superpowered beings who govern without honor or compassion and bear an uncanny resemblance to the Justice League. Batman and his team must now step up to rescue Gotham!
