A gang of drug-affected, marginalized teens from the city’s outskirts ventures into the urban core, a place where they feel alienated and unwelcome. They resort to violence to claim privileges denied to them. Meanwhile, unsuspecting and affluent college students find themselves defenseless against this armed group that unexpectedly storms the bar where they are enjoying themselves.
