In September 1977, on a morning in Ankara, Yilmaz is in a hurry to get his pregnant wife, Neriman, to the hospital when he collides with Omer’s car. This accident triggers premature labor for Omer’s pregnant wife, Inci, who is in the back seat. Both couples welcome their newborns on the same day, marking the beginning of a series of coincidences that intertwine the lives of Ozgur and Deniz. Throughout their childhood and adolescence in Ankara, their paths cross multiple times, each encounter setting off a butterfly effect that significantly alters their lives. These meetings sometimes lead to disasters, other times to miracles, yet they are never able to truly be together. Despite the forces that draw them together, an invisible barrier always keeps them apart. This pattern continues until they meet once more in Istanbul, 25 years later.
