In Hong Kong, a predator wearing a fisherman’s hat and a child’s Halloween mask is targeting attractive young women. In a scene reminiscent of John Schlesinger’s 1990 American film with the same title, a mother, played by Angie Cheung, overhears her daughter being attacked through a phone call. This harrowing incident leads to her daughter’s tragic suicide. Devastated by her loss, the mother is driven to seek revenge. She embarks on a journey of intense training, akin to Travis Bickle, and evolves into a seductive, efficient force dedicated to eliminating perverts.
