David, a taxi driver facing a terminal cancer diagnosis, inadvertently causes the death of hotel owner Patrick in a car accident. Following this tragic event, Patrick’s girlfriend assumes control of his lakeside hotel in Hong Kong, which soon becomes the site of a series of mysterious suicides.
