In Victorian-Era England, a Parish Councillor and a criminal seek shelter from a storm at an isolated countryside inn. Compelled to spend the night, they quickly discover a lethal agreement between the peculiar innkeepers and the flesh-craving werewolves that roam the nearby forests.
