Andy, an enthusiastic artist, comes from a family with a long tradition of creating Rose Parade floats. When her father falls ill, she must step up to lead the team in constructing and decorating a float for their client. Adding to her challenges, she must also manage the expectations of Cliff, a demanding businessman whose company has ordered the float.
