Meg, a music manager, journeys from New York to London with the mission of reviving the dwindling career of the boy band Five Together by securing them a Christmas chart-topper. She stumbles upon a song online, created by a sick thirteen-year-old girl named Nina, and seeks to get the rights for Five Together to re-record it. However, she faces a challenge from Nina’s uncle, Blake, who is the original songwriter. This sets the stage for a romantic comedy where two different worlds intersect, centered around a young girl who is eager for her uncle to find love and for his song to reach the top of the charts by Christmas Day.
